Siniusitus in hens

Hi happy chicks,
Have ordered some of your natural anti-biotic but not sure if it is going to work. Have been reading up and might be viral. The hen has huge swellings under her eyes with a cloudy liquid comming out, eyes completly closed. So she is temporarly blind and has to be hand fed. She seems in great from other then this, any advice, will it pass,

I would take her to a vet as she needs antibiotics and bathe eye with cotton wool and cooled boiled water. sound like she has a sinus infection and i wouldnt wait for it to pass
