Just put some in your hand and rub it into their stomach. Then sprinkle some on their back. Don't forget to give their coop a good dusting too.

Hi, I'm very much the novice and wanted to find out how to do this. So thanks. As for dusting the coop too. having cleaned it out is it ok just to sprinkle it around. won't effect them breathing or anything will it?
